Founder- Kevin C. Sutton - A native of Brooklyn, NY, has been in sales, marketing and advertising for over 20 years. He is a proud alumnus of both Milton Hershey School, and Grambling State University, where he received his degree in Mass Communications. He has amassed over 10 million dollars in sales for fortune 500 companies throughout his work experience. His passion for music began as an artist working under Platinum producer Just Blaze, and his vast knowledge for the industry formed while designing for the clothing Powerhouse Avirex. Kevin has assisted in the careers of Wu-Tang Clan, Shyheim The Rugged Child, Mysonne, Fred the Godson, Rass Kass, Mr.Cheeks, Dip Set, Yandy (Love & Hip Hop), and Funk Master Flex. Kevin has had the pleasure of creating strategic marketing plans for The NBA, Sprint, Virco, The Source Magazine, XXL Magazine, Ed Hardy Vodka, and countless others. Kevin’s has designed a firm dedicated to helping both artists and organizations alike reach their goals by leveraging the many relationships he has garnered throughout his lifetime to ensure each individual reach their highest expectations.
President- Nikema C. Hawkins, a native of Philadelphia, PA. Staying close to her roots, graduated from Drexel University, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a focus on Food & Beverage Management. She also attended Johnson and Wales University for Baking & Pastry Arts. Nikema has worked for large corporations and small companies, including, Walt Disney Company, Marriott, International, Restaurant Associates, Sodexo, Philadelphia Fish & Co and Brown Betty Dessert Boutique, to name a few. Nikema, later decided that becoming an entrepreneur was her passion and wanted to move into PR and became a partner under 11:22MMG. She brings her expertise of hospitality, customer service and is focused on helping the smaller business and entrepreneur grow to their fullest potential. Nikema is an avid animal lover. In her spare time, she volunteers and foster for local animal shelters , continues to bake, likes to travel and continues to be a foodie. Nikema currently serves on the board for Women in Media
